In my opinion, one of the most important steps to getting great photos with the couples that I work with is to get to know them, which I try to do by meeting them in locations that they love and then subsequently start taking photos so that I can capture their real, spontaneous emotions. With Chris and Courtney, they love to visit local micro breweries to sample all the new varieties of beer and cider that are created, thus it was a great option to visit one of their favourites – Block Three Brewing Co! Between exploring the back of the brewery, making a mess as well as a few silly faces the session was a blast for all parties involved, which I think is really evident throughout all the photos.In the end, we had a great time and were able to make some beautiful photos. Now, I cant wait to do the same thing on their wedding day, which will be a big end of the year celebration! #newyearsevewedding
